By purchasing a Flower CSA share—whether for yourself or as a gift—you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment & Membership

• Your CSA membership is a one-time, upfront payment that reserves your share of locally grown, farm-fresh flowers for the season you select:

  • Spring CSA: 3 weeks of bouquets

  • Summer CSA: 4 weeks of bouquets

  • Full Season CSA: 7 weeks of bouquets (a combination of both seasons)

• Payment is required at checkout to secure your spot. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flower farming, all CSA sales are final and non-refundable.

• If you are unable to complete your CSA subscription, you may transfer your remaining weeks to another person. The original purchaser is responsible for coordinating the transfer and notifying Brave Blooms of the change.

CSA Schedule

• Each CSA season runs for its designated number of weeks (3, 4, or 7), with weekly pickups or deliveries available on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

• Members will receive an email before the start of their CSA season confirming their start date, pickup or delivery preference, and any special details.

• In the event of weather delays or unforeseen farm conditions, members will be promptly notified by email with updated scheduling information.

Pickup Policy

• Pickup Location: Brave Blooms Flower Stand, Rochester, WA (exact address will be provided by email).

• It is your responsibility to pick up your bouquet on your scheduled day during the designated window. If you cannot pick up, you may send a friend or family member in your place.

• Unclaimed bouquets will not be held, refunded, or rescheduled. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any bouquets not picked up on the scheduled day will be forfeited.

What to Expect in Your Bouquets

• Each week’s bouquet will feature a curated mix of seasonal flowers, such as ranunculus, sweet peas, snapdragons, zinnias, dahlias, lisianthus, and more.

• Flower varieties and colors will vary depending on what’s in bloom that week. While we always aim for a balanced, beautiful mix, specific flower requests cannot be accommodated.

Weather & Farming Risks

• As a CSA member, you’re supporting a local, Native-owned flower farm and sharing in both the beauty and unpredictability of seasonal flower production.

• While we work hard to ensure a full, abundant harvest, extreme weather or unforeseen challenges may impact availability. In the rare case of a major issue, we’ll communicate promptly and offer thoughtful alternatives—such as sourcing blooms from other trusted local farms, adjusting the schedule, or offering a credit if absolutely necessary.

Communication

• Email is our primary form of communication. By purchasing a CSA share, you’ll be added to our CSA email list for important updates and reminders.

• Please add info@bravebloomsflowerfarm.com to your contacts to ensure you don’t miss any messages. Brave Blooms is not responsible for missed communications due to filtered or unread emails.
