By purchasing a Flower CSA share—whether for yourself or as a gift—you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment & Membership

Your CSA membership is a one-time, upfront payment of $100 for four weeks of fresh, farm-grown bouquets.

Payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your spot. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flower farming, all CSA sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to complete your CSA subscription, you may transfer your remaining weeks to another person. The original purchaser is responsible for coordinating the transfer and notifying Brave Blooms of the change.

CSA Schedule

Our CSA runs for four consecutive weeks from early August to early September, with bouquet pickups or deliveries available on Tuesdays or Fridays.

We will send an email closer to the start of the CSA season to confirm your preferred pickup or delivery day. If unforeseen weather delays the start of the CSA, members will be notified by email with updated details.

Pickup Policy

Pickup Location: Rochester, WA
(Exact address will be shared via email.)

It is your responsibility to pick up your bouquet on your confirmed day during the designated window. If you're unable to pick up, you may send a friend or family member to collect it for you.

Unclaimed bouquets will not be held, refunded, or rescheduled. No exceptions will be made for missed pickups. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any bouquets not picked up on the scheduled day will be forfeited.

What to Expect in Your Bouquets

Each week’s bouquet will feature a curated selection of seasonal, field-grown flowers, including favorites like dahlias, zinnias, snapdragons, cosmos, lisianthus, and more.

Flower varieties and colors will vary depending on what’s thriving in the field that week. While we strive for a balanced and beautiful mix, specific flower requests cannot be accommodated.

Weather & Farming Risks

As a CSA member, you’re supporting a local farm and sharing in both the beauty and unpredictability of seasonal flower production.

While we work hard to grow a full and abundant crop, extreme weather or unforeseen challenges can impact availability. In the unlikely event of a significant crop issue, we will do our best to communicate promptly and provide a thoughtful alternative—whether that means sourcing blooms from other trusted local farms, adjusting the schedule, or offering a credit or refund if truly necessary.

Communication

Email is our primary form of communication. By purchasing a CSA share, you will be added to our CSA email list for important updates and reminders.
