All sales are final.

We take a lot of pride in sending out healthy, high-quality tubers and each one is checked by hand before it leaves our farm. That said, we know that things can occasionally go wrong in transit, and we’re here to help if that happens.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you have any concerns about the condition of your tubers please email us at info@bravebloomsflowerfarm.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo so we can make it right.

We’re a small farm, and we’re unable to issue refunds or replacements after the 7-day window. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.

We kindly ask that you contact us by email only—not through social media—so we can keep everything organized and respond in a timely way.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for issues beyond our control such as:

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Weather or climate-related stress

  • Pest or disease pressure

  • Poor growing conditions

  • Failure to thrive due to neglect or user error
